Black Horse over Bamburgh now Framed

Whilst I was over in the UK last week I took the opportunity to get the Black Horse over Bamburgh original canvas framed.  The prints are proving very popular following our recent advert in Flypast so I thought it would be interesting to show the difference in size between the original and the prints.  The original canvas is 40″ x 20″ so the overall framed size is approx 46″ x 26″.  The prints have an overall size of 28″ x 17″.   Prints and original canvas are still available, click on the image for more details.

Spitfires into Battle original sold

I’m delighted to say that we’ve just sold the large Spitfires into Battle original canvas, which followed up on the sale of the smaller ‘Chinese Aces’ original at the weekend.  The larger canvases do tend to sell quickly, which is why they rarely appear on the website for very long, but the  ‘Black Horse over Bamburgh’ original canvas is still for sale, click HERE for details.

New Osprey painting

My latest Osprey book cover painting is now online and available for sale.  It depicts the rarely painted Kawanishi N1K2-J Shiden-Kai knocking big chunks out of a Corsair on 22 June 1945.  Amazingly, the Corsair managed to get back to base with most of the port wing missing!  For more details click on the image.

These 15″ x 11″ Osprey cover original paintings continue to prove popular with collectors, thanks to their affordable price and ‘easy to find space for’ size.  Today we sold the Chinese Aces original depicting a Curtiss Hawk III over the Sun Mausoleum.  To see all the originals that are left for sale, please CLICK HERE.
