Legion Condor Aces

The original cover art for Osprey’s
Legion Condor Aces.  Leutnant Rudolf Goy of 3.J/88 scored 3 victories in
Spain and went on to fly with II./JG 53.
This painting shows Goy in action on the 19th July 1938 during the
Nationalist offensive towards the Mediterranean, between Segorbe and
Viver, just east of Valencia, south-eastern Spain.
