The Toby Spitfire

Spitfires of 303 (Polish) Squadron on coastal patrol in autumn 1941. The nearest Spitfire R7162  'Toby' was presented to the RAF by the Charrington brewery and named after one of their popular ales. The name now lives on in the company's 'Toby Carvery' chain of restaurants.
