Original Painting to the RAAF Museum

The RAAF Museum has purchased 'Time to Go' for its Art Collection.

I'm delighted to reveal that the Royal Australian Air Force Museum at Point Cook, Victoria has purchased the original painting 'Time to Go' for it's new exhibition on RAF Bomber Command. The painting depicts a 460 Squadron (RAAF) Lancaster ED664 'A' Aussie preparing for an Op over Berlin and was inspired by an old friend of mine Ted Groom who was a British Flight Engineer with the squadron and flew many ops in this aircraft. I'm very proud that my work will help tell the story of all the brave young Australians who volunteered to fly and fight with RAF Bomber Command.
